NOTE: Please note, a commission of 30% on all works sold, will benefit HBMS.

SIZE REQUIREMENTS: 42” wide maximum

AS A REMINDER:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY the Rules of Exhibition. Work not meeting the criterion outlined in the rules may be rejected. Also, review the size, presentation, and originality requirements prior to submitting to avoid any misunderstandings.
Make sure your work is “Wired for hanging” and secure (sawtooth hangers are not accepted)
Your 2026 dues need to be paid to enter the exhibition (you can pay at drop off or here on our website)
Entry tags need to have the top AND bottom filled out completed and attached to your work.

Artists will be contacted by LAA only if your work is NOT accepted.

Pick up for Refusals: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Please list a phone number where you can be reached.

Please check your voice mail.

If called, pick up your work, or arrange for someone else to do so. Work CANNOT be left behind at the Mill.

Pickup of Accepted Work:

May 17 at Luckenbach Mill
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Please note, your work cannot remain at the Mill beyond the pickup time.

Your participation in Gallery Sitting is necessary for a successful exhibit. We will send out a Sign-Up Genius link in an upcoming Flash News.
